Job Summary:

We are looking for well-polished Regional Business Manager responsible for managing team of 3-4 persons and can promote sales of Glulam Timber (Premium Solid Wood) Doors/ Windows, Wooden Cottages & Ultra Luxury Wood House to high potential HNI/ NRIs and Business Persons.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Managing team to promote the company's products with Clients, Architects/Interior designers, real estate developers for getting new leads for the company.

- Acting as the main point of contact with architects, owners and clients for discussing the scope of work.

- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities

- Implementing sales goals and communicating them to key individuals.

- Maximizing growth potential pf stores within the region.

- Analyzing the market and preparing budgets.

- Schedule appointments, arrange meetings with potential buyers & visit them at their premises.

- Having a network with big ticket size businessmen or CXO from multinational companies (MNC).

- Developing new markets & growing sales using technique i.e. Cross Sell, Up Sell & ask references.

- You should have knowledge of developing quotations and sharing RFI/ proposals for clients.

- You should be good in concept sales as a sales consultant/ project consultant worth in crores.

- Should be able to communicate the benefits of the product as a Senior Sales Consultant.

- Should have done business development for any of the luxury lifestyle products.

Desired Profile:


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

- 8-15 years of experience in Key Account Management, with a strong background in team leadership and stakeholder management.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proven ability to lead, influence, and make sound decisions in a dynamic business environment.

- Strong multitasking capabilities with the ability to manage priorities under pressure.

- Demonstrated expertise in team management and complex problem-solving.

- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills with a strategic mindset.
