Artificial Intelligence Scrum Master

AI Scrum Master:

We are looking for an experienced AI Scrum Master with 5-8 years of experience to drive Agile delivery for AI/ML and technology-focused projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Scrum/Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Drive Agile delivery across AI/ML, Data Science, GenAI, or technology-driven projects.

- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and business stakeholders.

- Remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure smooth sprint execution.

- Support backlog management, estimation, prioritization, and sprint planning.

- Track project progress, identify delivery risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.

- Adapt Agile practices to the unique requirements of AI/ML and data-driven projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery.

- Experience working with AI/ML, GenAI, Data Science, or technology product development teams.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Background:

- Candidates with experience in Big 4 consulting firms such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG will be preferred.

- Candidates graduated from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges/institutes will be preferred.

- Prior experience working on AI/ML, GenAI, Data Science, or complex technology transformation projects will be highly valued.

- Strong exposure to working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams is preferred.
