Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer/Data Science Manager - IT

Role Overview:

As the AI / ML Engineer || Data Science - Manager, you will lead a team of talented data scientists and engineers in Pune, driving the development and implementation of innovative AI and machine learning solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various business units to understand their needs, define project scope, and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Define and execute data science projects, from problem definition and data exploration to model development, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Develop and implement machine learning models for various applications, including predictive analytics, fraud detection, and customer segmentation, improving business performance.

- Design and build scalable data pipelines and infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enabling efficient data processing and model deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to integrate AI solutions into existing products and workflows, enhancing user experience and driving adoption.

- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical audiences, facilitating informed decision-making and driving business value.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage data science teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Expertise in developing and implementing machine learning models using various algorithms and techniques, including regression, classification, and deep learning.

- Proficiency in data modeling, data warehousing, and data manipulation using SQL and other data processing tools.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience building scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- A Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
