Description:
The AI Lead will be responsible for owning and operationalizing AI across the organization to drive revenue, efficiency, and brand excellence. This is a hands-on role that works closely with the Founders Office, P&L Head, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams.
The role blends AI enablement, content intelligence, legal drafting support, and marketing performance accelerationmaking it a high-impact, cross-functional position.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Enablement Across Business Functions:
- Identify, deploy, and manage AI tools for sales, marketing, legal, and operations
- Build AI workflows for lead handling, customer communication, and internal efficiency
- Train teams on AI adoption and ensure high usage & ROI
- Act as internal AI consultant for departments
2. Content, Communication & Brand Support
Use AI to draft and refine:
- Communications
- Website & listing content
- Emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, and CRM messages
- Social media captions and community posts
- Maintain brand tone consistency across all AI-generated content
- Create AI-assisted content calendars and campaign ideas
3. Legal Drafting & Documentation Support:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and standardizing:
- Rental / lease agreements
- Addendums, notices, and responses to residents
- Vendor contracts, NDAs, and service agreements
- Build AI templates for repetitive legal communication (with final human review)
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance in all AI-assisted legal drafts
4. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation (Meta, Google, etc.)
Assist marketing team in:
- AI-powered ad copy creation and A/B testing
- Audience segmentation & creative optimization
- Lead quality analysis and scoring
- Campaign performance insights
- Help improve ROI, reduce CAC, and increase conversion rates
- Support landing page and funnel optimization using AI insights
5. Sales & Lead Management Support
Build AI workflows for:
- Auto responses to inbound leads
- Lead qualification and prioritization
- Follow-up nudges and reminders
- Improve speed-to-lead and conversion efficiency
6. Founders Office & Strategy Support:
- Create AI dashboards for key KPIs (occupancy, CAC, churn, renewal)
- Assist leadership in drafting strategy notes, reviews, presentations
- Provide AI-based insights for decision-making and scenario planning
Skills & Capabilities:
- Strong hands-on experience with AI tools
- Understanding of marketing funnels, Meta ads, Google ads, CRM systems
- Excellent writing skills professional, legal, marketing & brand content
- Ability to draft structured documents and agreements using AI support
- High business acumen understands P&L impact, not just tech
- Comfort working in startup / fast-scaling environments
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities
Preferred Background:
- 37 years experience in AI enablement, growth ops, marketing ops, or strategy
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, co-living, co-working, or consumer tech is a plus
- MBA / Engineering / Business
- Prior experience working with founders or leadership teams is preferred
