Job Title: AI Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven AI Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to drive AI initiatives, manage projects and POCs, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

- Lead end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, including project conceptualization, POC development, and full-scale deployment.

- Define AI roadmap aligned with business objectives and drive execution of strategic initiatives.

- Present AI solutions, project updates, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI for business transformation and innovation.

Project & Delivery Management:

- Manage multiple AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and scalability.

- Oversee project lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, business, and IT.

- Ensure adoption of best practices in MLOps, model governance, and deployment pipelines.

Technical Expertise & Solutioning:

- Design and develop advanced AI/ML models including NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI solutions.

- Provide hands-on technical guidance in model building, evaluation, and optimization.

- Ensure robustness, scalability, and performance of AI systems.

- Drive the adoption of modern AI frameworks, tools, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

- Mentor and guide Senior and Junior Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Developers.

- Build a high-performance AI team through coaching, reviews, and knowledge sharing.

- Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to coding and ML standards.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
