Job Title: MIS & Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our MIS and Financial Reporting function.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting to support strategic business decisions.

This role involves managing MIS processes, strengthening internal controls, improving reporting efficiency, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

The candidate will also mentor and guide team members to ensure seamless data management and reporting excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis:

- Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.

- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial data in all MIS outputs.

- Conduct variance analysis to identify key trends, risks, and improvement areas.

- Provide meaningful insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

- Develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks and data policies.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

- Streamline, standardize, and automate MIS and reporting processes for higher efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Support internal and external audit processes with complete documentation and reports.

- Implement continuous improvements in financial reporting and data governance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership:

- Work closely with finance, operations, and other internal teams to gather and validate data.

- Communicate complex financial data clearly to senior management and stakeholders.

- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members on MIS tools, reporting standards, and best practices.

- Drive a culture of accuracy, accountability, and data-driven decision-making within the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of experience in MIS, financial analysis, or related areas.

- Strong command of advanced Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proven experience in team management and driving process excellence.

- High attention to detail with strong compliance and accuracy orientation.
