Job Title: MIS Manager.

Location: Halasuru, Bengaluru.

work mode: Onsite.

Job Summary:.

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for the role of Manager MIS.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Management Information System (MIS) functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:.

MIS Reporting:

- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports.

- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data within the MIS framework.

Data Management:

- Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.

- Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

- Automate reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Compliance & Audit Support:.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

- Support internal and external audit processes.

- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for audit purposes.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:.

- Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and other departments to gather and analyze data for decision-making.

Team Support & Training:.

- Provide support and training to team members on MIS tools and processes.

Communication:.

- Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders to provide key insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 4-6 years of experience in MIS, financial analysis, or related roles.

- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
