Job Description:

- Audit & Assurance functions

- GST reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C

- Financial and costing ratios and variance analysis

- Periodical MIS to clients and management

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Audit Team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members

- Plan, execute, and oversee financial and compliance audits in accordance with applicable regulations and auditing standards

- Review audit work papers, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or inquiries

- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes to ensure audits are conducted effectively

- Assist in the development and maintenance of audit methodologies, tools, and templates

- Collaborate with the partners and senior management to improve audit processes and enhance the quality of services

- Maintain a strong commitment to professional development and continuing education in the field of auditing

Qualifications and Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant audit experience, preferably within a professional audit firm

- Strong understanding of audit methodologies, accounting principles, and financial reporting

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
