Job Title: Senior Manager - MIS.

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for the position of Senior Manager - MIS.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Management Information System (MIS) functions, delivering accurate and timely reports, and performing insightful financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

- Deliver variance analysis and business insights to aid decision-making.

- Ensure timely consolidation and presentation of financials for management review.

- Ensure data integrity and streamline data collection processes.

- Identify and implement process improvements.

- Support compliance and audit processes.

- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory.

- 4-6 years of experience in MIS, financial analysis, or a related role.

- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

- High attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy.
