Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for the role of Assistant Manager-MIS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the MIS functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, analyse, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports.

- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data in the MIS.

- Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.

- Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices.

- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

- Support internal and external audit processes.

- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for audit purposes.
- Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to gather and analyze data.

- Provide support and training to team members on MIS tools and processes.

- Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, financial analysis, or related roles.

- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
