We are looking for a skilled Credit Manager to join Mamta Projects Private Limited (Arthmate) a Growing NBFC at a Loan Against Property in Gurgaon Location. The role bearer will be in direct contact with the consumers in order to establish their credit, worthiness, ensuring completion of verifications and adhering to the guidelines set as per the company credit policy. The execution of these tasks must be accomplished in such manner which is both sales supportive and risk averse contributing to the larger organizational objectives of the company. Responsibilities - Credit Appraisal, analyzing financial capability and repaying capacity of borrower on financial ground and analyzing Legal & Technical issues based on reports. - Verifying all KYCs financials of borrower and analyzing all property documents, - Making sure completion of credit/KYC documents and verification- telephonic, field & collateral visits, - Responsible for credit appraisal and recommending loan amount to be Sanctioned, - Coordinate with external agencies (Legal & Technical Agencies) - Good knowledge and understanding of the credit process and policies. Desired Candidate Profile (Education Qualifications, Work Experience and Skills) : - Minimum 3 years of experience of LAP as a Credit manager or Risk Manager - Complete understanding of accounting principles, financial ratios, credit policies, - Sound decision-making ability, - Exceptional communication skills, - Ability to maintain healthy ethical conduct, - Liaison-building capabilities
