Experience Required: 47 years (Experience in fintech and lending domain is mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities ( Not Limited to)

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in fintech, NBFC, or lending sector.

- Experience in reconciliation and controls, including performing and overseeing three-way reconciliations between internal systems, bank statements, and demand data.

- Experience in MIS and reporting, including preparing, validating, and delivering accurate MIS reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Experience in stakeholder coordination, including liaising with internal departments such as Collections, Lending Ops, Tech, and external stakeholders.

- Experience in banking operations, including handling routine banking functions and ensuring proper reconciliation of banking transactions.

- Experience in business performance analysis, including analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization.

- Proficient in Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.

- Experience in managing scalable finance processes in a digital lending ecosystem.

- Familiarity with RBI regulations and compliance in the fintech sector.

- Must be located in commutable distance to Gurugram, Haryana, India

Qualifications & Skills:

- Must have completed CA or an equivalent qualification.

- Proficient in Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Experience in managing scalable finance processes in a digital lending ecosystem.
