ARTH - Manager - Marketing Communications

About the role:

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across both digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, planning integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.

Job Description:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid campaigns.

- Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as events, exhibitions, branding, print collateral, and promotional activities.

- Create and manage marketing campaigns, content, and brand communications.

- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors for campaign execution.

- Track campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and optimize ROI.

- Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital and offline platforms.

- Develop marketing content including brochures, presentations, newsletters, videos, blogs, and case studies.

- Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communications.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, media or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing with exposure to both digital and offline marketing.

- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, campaign management, digital marketing.

- Excellent in the 3Cs - communication, content and creativity.

- Start Up experience is a MUST.
