ARTH - Manager - Lending Partnerships

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on professional to manage our lending partnership operations. In this role, you'll handle end-to-end lending operations, which include identify new lending partners, agreement and commercial , lender process and onboarding and business volume with partner lenders for secured and unsecured loans.

What You'll Do

- Strong Lender relationships and understanding of LSP- lender partnerships .

- Manage co-lending operations, including disbursement, in-file journey oversight, reconciliations, payment allocation, and compliance checks.

- Coordinate with partners and internal teams (product, credit, risk, legal, technology) to streamline processes, resolve operational issues, and implement partnership-led lending journeys.

- Organise and facilitate steering calls with lending partners to discuss and resolve credit decision and policies.

- Prepare and present MIS and performance reports, highlighting disbursals, case status, and partner metrics.

What You'll Bring?

- 3-4 years of solid experience in digital lending, co-lending operations, partnerships.

- Experience in working in fintech's operating as LSP's or NBFC's.

- Strong understanding of co-lending structures, disbursement workflows, and partner integration processes.

- Excellent coordination, relationship management, and communication skills.

- Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Finance, or related field.
