ARTH - Manager - Business Finance

Experience in Fintech, lending business is mandatory.

1) Reconciliation : Basic understanding of the process of three-way reconciliations across system, bank, and demand

2) Coordinating with different stakeholders

3) Own the preparation and delivery of MIS

4) Accounting : Accounting knowledge regarding journal entries, accounts management

5) Banking : Bank operating knowledge

6) Supporting any ad-hoc business performance reporting

7) Understanding of account receivables and payables

8) Working with functional leaders and internal groups to support scalable processes
