- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager - Business Development with a strong understanding of BIM services to lead client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.


- The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic sales acumen, technical proficiency, and relationship management skills to drive business expansion in a fast-paced and evolving environment.


- This role involves developing sales strategies, engaging clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.


Sales Target Achievement:


- Meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives established by the company.

- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Maintain a results-oriented approach, focusing on exceeding sales targets consistently.


Technical Proficiency:

- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of BIM principles and proficiency in BIM services

- Articulate technical details about the BIM services proficiently and adapt communication to suit various clients.


Customer Acquisition:

- Identify and engage potential clients in the BIM industry

- Generate leads through diverse channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing efforts.


Relationship Building:

- Nurture and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.


Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

- Conduct engaging service demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and advantages of the BIM industry

- Customize presentations to address the unique requirements and challenges of prospective clients.


Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales

efforts with overarching company objectives.

- Provide valuable field insights to contribute to product enhancement and development.


Market Research:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

- Leverage market insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts.


Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and market trends.

- Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas and optimize sales strategies accordingly.


Preferred Skills & Qualification:

- Master's/Bachelor's in Marketing or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in Business Development

- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.

- Ability to grasp and convey technical information effectively.

- Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to find potential customers.

- Ability to excel in a growing, dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Strong proactive communication skills, ability to function in a fast-paced environment and ability to collaborate in a team environment.

- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
