
Job Responsibilities - HR Professional (FinTech - Lending Domain)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and exit management.
- Partner with leadership to build and strengthen a performance-driven culture aligned with business goals.
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives, especially for FinTech lending roles, ensuring quality hiring and strong candidate experience.
- Implement and improve HR policies, systems, and processes for a fast-growing organization.
- Work on AI-driven HR initiatives and automation to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Design and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Support performance management frameworks, including goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans.
- Maintain employee engagement and help build a strong organizational culture.
- Collaborate with management on organizational development and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
