Arth is looking for passionate & creative marketer to help create and develop the Brand of the company. The role would involve expertise in Marketing and Communications and Public Relations. You will work directly with the founder and the management team. Position: Manager - Brand Marketing & Communications Location: Gurgaon You will be: - Creating and implementing a holistic brand and marketing strategy across content, creative, PR, social, and digital channels. - Developing cross-channel campaigns with specific objectives, owning the development of content for digital channels. - Develop a cohesive content strategy for the company website, social media and other digital resources and media. - Plan, execute and review the communications calendar across all marketing channels (PR & corporate communication, product marketing, digital ads, social media.) - Ensure brand salience across all channels in terms of style, quality and tone of voice. - Collaborating effectively with stakeholders across business, product management and other teams to ensure we have a cohesive communications approach. - Work with agencies on PR and Social Media to drive brand traction You Have: - 4-7 years of experience in brand and marketing communication; Fintech experience preferred but not mandatory. - Proven track record in designing and executing successful product marketing campaigns directly. - Sound experience in content strategy for PR and social media channels. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate ideas and develop content consistent with the company's brand voice, style and tone. - Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment - Action-orientated, hands on and comfortable with taking end-to-end ownership from strategy development through to content creation and measuring success. 3 key fitment ingredients - intrapreneurial, impact driven and hands-on team contributor Compensation: Best in the industry About the company ARTH is a mission driven MSME fintech company delivering access to financial and livelihood services to micro-entrepreneurs in India.
