Role Overview:
The Brand & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to enhance ARTH's brand visibility, build trust with stakeholders, and drive business growth. This role collaborates closely with the leadership team, product managers, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels. The impact of this role is significant, as it directly influences ARTH's reputation, customer acquisition, and overall market position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communications plans that align with ARTH's strategic objectives and target audience, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Manage and enhance ARTH's brand identity, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all internal and external communications.
- Lead public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and thought leadership initiatives, to build positive brand awareness and manage ARTH's reputation.
- Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral, to attract and retain customers.
- Oversee ARTH's digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and online advertising, to drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase brand visibility.
- Manage ARTH's social media presence, creating engaging content, monitoring online conversations, and responding to customer inquiries to build a strong online community.
- Develop and execute internal communication programs to keep employees informed and engaged, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and effective tracking of marketing spend.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing and communications strategies within the financial services or Fintech industry.
- Proven experience in brand management, public relations, content marketing, digital marketing, and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Strong understanding of the Fintech landscape, including emerging trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
