Position: AVP / Senior Manager Marketing (BTL / Digital, PR & Impact)

Location: Gurgaon

About the Role:

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with creative execution. As the AVP/Senior Manager of Marketing, you will lead ARTHs brand, marketing, and communications initiatives across digital, offline, and on-ground platforms.

From designing integrated campaigns to managing events, PR, and branding, you will play a central role in shaping how people perceive and experience ARTH.

You will work closely with the leadership team and multiple branches across India, ensuring consistency, purpose, and energy in all communication.

What Youll Do:

Brand & Strategy:

- Strengthen ARTHs brand identity and presence across all touchpoints.

- Develop compelling brand stories that reflect our mission and resonate with our audience.

- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across campaigns and communication materials.

Marketing & Campaigns:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, trust, and customer engagement.

- Leverage digital and traditional channels including social media, content marketing, BTL, and local promotions.

- Analyze campaign performance and apply insights to enhance outcomes.

Events & On-Ground Activations:

- Lead impactful events, roadshows, and community activities at branches and local centers.

- Manage vendor relationships and ensure all activations represent ARTHs brand values.

- Support CSR initiatives and community engagement programs aligned with our mission.

Communications (Internal & External):

- Create simple, clear, and inspiring communication for teams and external audiences.

- Oversee media relations, PR efforts, and digital storytelling to maintain ARTHs positive brand voice.

- Serve as the point person for crisis communication and sensitive announcements.

Collaboration & Coordination:

- Partner with branch teams to design local marketing programs tailored to regional needs.

- Collaborate with HR and leadership to strengthen internal culture and communication.

- Build and maintain relationships with regulators, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand credibility.

Insights & Reporting:

- Track and report the performance of marketing and communication initiatives.

- Share insights, learnings, and strategic recommendations with the leadership team.

- Stay informed on trends in fintech, NBFC, BFSI, and marketing innovation.

Who You Are:

- 8-15 years of experience in marketing, branding, and communications within NBFC, BFSI, or fintech.

- Proficient in both digital and offline marketing and skilled in integrating the two.

- Comfortable managing teams, working across multiple locations, and handling several projects simultaneously.

- Creative, analytical, and deeply purpose-driven.
