About the Company:

We are a growing Art-Tech focused startup building a high-quality learning platform for Indian Arts.

We are focused on wellness & entertainment needs of Adults delivered through practicing Indian performing Arts. The company was founded by an ISB alum and a leading Kathak artist, combining strong business fundamentals with deep domain expertise. Over the last two years, we have built a proven, product led business with healthy unit economics, strong user adoption (100,000+ learners), and clear product-market fit. With reputed Angel investors and a defined growth roadmap, the company is entering its next phase of growth & scale.

Role Overview

This is a founding team role for a Product & Engagement Manager who will take end to end ownership of product outcomes, user and teacher experience, and supporting service operations.

The role is suited for a consumer focused product professional who wants broader ownership than a traditional PM role. You will work closely with the founders, engineering, and internal teams to shape both the product and the processes that support it.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.

- Build and scale consumer-facing, Art-Tech focused product experiences.

- Manage the user and teacher facing platforms, working closely with the Tech team to improve usability, reliability, and engagement.

- Own service operations across the learner and teacher journeys to ensure consistent and high-quality experience delivery.

- Define and implement processes and policies to manage user and teacher experience at scale.

- Translate user and teacher insights into clear product priorities across learning, service & mentor ops.

- Establish and manage internal MIS, dashboards, and reporting to track performance and align team objectives.

- Work cross-functionally with engineering and other stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Contribute to building a product-led organization focused on sustainable and profitable growth.

What Were Looking For:

- 5 to 10 years of experience building consumer facing digital products

- Strong experience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments

- Ability to define product roadmaps and translate strategy into execution

- Comfort owning outcomes across product & engagement

- A strong user-centric mindset with interest in understanding behaviour and solving problems

- Prior startup experience or demonstrated innovation capability is a plus

- Exposure to learning platforms or performing arts is a bonus, not a requirement

Indian Arts are the biggest market outside regular academics yet completely unorganized. It grows only bigger as under the New Education policy, performing Arts are becoming curricular subjects.
