About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical FP&A Analyst / Senior Analyst to support corporate finance, strategic planning, financial modelling, M&A evaluation, and executive-level presentations. The role is ideal for candidates who have developed strong analytical and presentation skills within investment banking support teams, financial advisory firms, corporate finance functions, or outsourced research and modelling organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, and scenario analyses.

- Monitor business performance against budgets and strategic targets.

- Build management dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks.

- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable business insights.

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting.

Financial Modelling & Valuation:

- Build and maintain advanced financial models for budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and strategic initiatives.

- Prepare business cases for new projects, investments, and expansion opportunities.

- Conduct sensitivity, scenario, and return-on-investment analyses.

- Support valuation exercises and transaction-related financial analyses.

M&A and Strategic Projects:

- Assist in evaluating acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic investments.

- Conduct financial and commercial due diligence analyses.

- Prepare transaction materials, investment memoranda, and management presentations.

- Support integration planning and post-investment performance tracking.

Executive Presentations:

- Prepare board, shareholder, lender, and management presentations.

- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations using advanced presentation tools such as Think-Cell.

- Translate complex financial analyses into clear executive-level communication.

- Support fundraising, investor relations, and strategic planning presentations.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.

3-7 years of relevant experience in:

1. FP&A

2. Corporate Finance

3. Investment Banking Support

4. Transaction Advisory

5. Financial Research & Analytics

6. Private Equity Support Functions

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities.

- Advanced PowerPoint skills; experience with Think-Cell is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
