Key Responsibilities:
- Art Team Management: Lead and manage dedicated art teams, overseeing specific geographies or studios, focusing on ensuring optimal quality, productivity, and continuous team development.
- Client Management: Interface directly with clients during crucial project kick-offs, communications, and during escalations, ensuring client expectations are understood and met effectively.
- Project Planning and Execution: Oversee and manage the planning, execution, risk mitigation, and staffing of projects, ensuring the achievement of timelines, quality benchmarks, and adherence to budgetary allocations.
- Team Management: Identify, nurture, and empower high-potential artists, providing consistent feedback, guidance, and effectively representing team concerns to the management for necessary resolutions.

Skills Required:
- The ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
- Proficiency in managing creative talent, familiarity with engines such as Unreal and Unity, and a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Associate Art Director for the specific domain within the gaming industry.
- Strong leadership capabilities, a proactive approach towards self and team development, coupled with effective self-management and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to drive success within the dynamic gaming industry landscape.
Knowledge Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree/PG in Fine Arts, Digital Art, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in AAA game development with a strong portfolio showcasing art leadership and artistic contributions.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling and animation software, etc.).
