Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Senior SAP / Salesforce Consultant with 46 years of hands-on experience in ERP/CRM systems. The candidate will play a key role in solution design, implementation, and support while collaborating with business teams to optimize processes and deliver maximum business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in end-to-end SAP/Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

- Understand business requirements and convert them into functional/technical solutions.

- Configure SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, HCM, etc.) or Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

- Support system integration with other enterprise applications.

- Develop custom reports, workflows, and automation as required.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and delivery.

- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training.

- Ensure all solutions comply with organizational standards, quality, and compliance guidelines.

Skills & Competencies:

- SAP, Salesforce, Oracle Experience of 5 Years.

- Strong knowledge of SAP (ECC / S4 HANA) or Salesforce (Lightning, Apex, LWC, Visualforce).

- Exposure to integration tools (MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, APIs, Web Services).

- Strong understanding of business workflows across Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Relevant certifications in SAP modules or Salesforce (Admin / Developer / Consultant) preferred.
