Key Responsibilities:
1. Branch Operations & Business Performance
- Drive the branch to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Oversee loan disbursement, collection activities, and portfolio quality.
- Ensure operational processes adhere to organizational standards and regulatory norms.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and supervise branch staff to ensure high productivity and effective performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities in sales, collection, customer service, and compliance.
- Foster a positive work environment focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring fair resolution and positive customer experience.
- Guide staff on delivering exceptional service and strengthening client trust.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, audit norms, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate operational, credit, and compliance risks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to due diligence and verification processes.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the regional office to provide updates on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Prepare and submit timely reports related to sales, collections, financials, and operational activities.
- Collaborate on new initiatives, campaigns, and business development strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree (preferred in Business, Finance, or related fields).
- Leadership and team management skills to guide, motivate, and mentor branch staff.
- Strong communication, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and decision-making capabilities to assess financial data, evaluate risks, and drive outcomes.
- Operational expertise in loan disbursement, collections, compliance, and process execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications for reporting and administrative tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in microfinance, NBFC, banking, or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience handling branch operations or similar leadership roles.
