Aristok (pronounced Aristo-kay) is a full-service digital marketing and analytics agency based in Pune, India. We specialize in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ecomm & Q-comm marketing, programmatic marketing, affiliate marketing, and media analytics. We are a young and ambitious startup, aiming to make a mark in the digital ecosystem with our strong capabilities in data and analytics.

In about 3 years of existence, we have grown to a team size of 90+, managing some of the leading brands in the country. The founding team has over 4 decades of cumulative experience across fields of Digital Strategy, Analytics, Performance Marketing and Marketing Technology.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Own and drive the overall SEO strategy and roadmap across clients, aligning with business goals and growth targets.

- Establish strong stakeholder management by collaborating with internal teams (content, performance, tech) and acting as the primary SPOC for clients.

- Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies for top brands, ensuring scalability and long-term impact.

- Oversee keyword research and content strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and search intent.

- Provide strategic direction on technical SEO, including audits, issue prioritization, and implementation roadmap.

- Drive organic growth, traffic quality, and ROI maximization, while defining and tracking key SEO KPIs.

- Monitor and guide performance across key metrics such as CTR, bounce rate, rankings, and conversions, ensuring continuous improvement.

- Present insightful performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership on a regular basis.

- Identify gaps, opportunities, and inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in handling large clients/accounts independently and leading SEO initiatives end-to-end.

- Strong team leadership skills - ability to manage, mentor, and scale a team while driving performance and accountability.

- Ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations, including leading key discussions and reviews.

- Conduct regular quality checks and strategic reviews of team output to ensure high standards.

- Drive capability building and knowledge sharing through structured training and upskilling initiatives.

- Strong focus on process improvement and productivity optimization.

- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices

- Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in SEO

- Knowledge HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Well versed with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahref, SEMRush, Accuranker, etc

- In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data

- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Good Team player and team manager

- Good time-management skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- Any bachelor's degree/PG, preferable in marketing or similar relevant field
