Job Description:
As a Manager - Amazon Ads, you would be:
- Strategizing, budget planning, Creating Ads and optimizing them towards an agreed RoAS on Amazon, Flipkart and similar platforms.
- Analysing revenue, campaign performance, ACOS, daily ad spends
- Monitoring and reporting performance of new and existing products
- Creating a growth strategy for some of the fastest growing and large-scale brands.
- Strategizing, executing, and continually improving performance through markets research, experimentation, automation and razor-sharp optimisation for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display Ads,
- Identifying and optimization of new, improved processes including but not limited to automation and reporting
- Nurturing your professional knowledge of new or emerging trends within the Amazon and online shopping space and apply it to our partner brands.
- Collaborating with the other paid media teams to drive holistic marketing strategies for the clients.
- Driving new ideas and processes to improve the performance of campaigns across Ecommerce, including account structure, bidding, ad copy, and keyword development
- Developing and maintaining a professional knowledge of new or emerging trending tools within the Amazon and online shopping space
Qualifications :
- 3 to 4 years of experience in managing campaigns across marketplaces
- Be a self-motivated professional who does not need hand holding or micro management and can function independently
- Have impeccable communication skills - both oral and written
- Be insatiably curious about all things D2C and eCommerce
- Be comfortable with the hustle and unpredictability of an early stage high-growth startup
- Contribute to the culture of the organisation by combining hard work, hustle and fun in your own unique way
- B.Tech/Engineering degree is a MUST. MBA is a plus; however not a rejection criterion.
