- Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Assistant Manager - Accounts to oversee critical financial functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Treasury Accounting, Reporting, Management Information Systems (MIS), and Audit.
- The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience, capable of ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice generation, collections, and reconciliation to ensure timely recovery and accurate debtor reporting.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) operations, ensuring timely vendor payments, invoice verification, and reconciliation while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Handle Treasury Accounting, including cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and liquidity planning to optimize financial resources.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and statutory requirements.
- Develop and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, timely resolution of audit queries, and implementation of audit recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc. ) and timely filing of returns in coordination with the finance team.
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency in AR, AP, and treasury functions, leveraging ERP systems and automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts, finance, or audit, with hands-on expertise in AR, AP, treasury accounting, reporting, MIS, and audit coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e. , SAP, Tally, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis and MIS reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
