About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Navi Mumbai. This is a crucial full-time, on-site role where you will be at the forefront of driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market footprint. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management, capable of developing and executing effective sales plans, and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market conditions to maximize property sales.
- Set clear sales goals and targets for properties within the Navi Mumbai region and drive the team towards achieving them.
- Identify key market segments and devise targeted approaches to penetrate new client bases.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a primary point of contact for high-value clients and complex sales inquiries, providing expert guidance and support.
- Ensure a seamless and positive client experience from inquiry to post-sales follow-up.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer preferences and buying trends in the Navi Mumbai real estate market.
- Utilize market insights to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
Sales Planning & Forecasting:
- Develop detailed sales plans, including lead generation strategies, sales funnels, and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales performance to senior management.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align sales and promotional strategies, ensuring effective lead generation and brand visibility.
- Work with other internal departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, Customer Service) to ensure smooth operations and resolve client issues efficiently.
Sales Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
CRM Utilization:
- Proficiently use CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage client interactions, monitor sales pipeline, and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales Management and team leadership is essential.
- Strong ability in developing and executing effective sales strategies, with a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting market research and developing compelling promotional strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and other relevant sales tools.
- Ability to work both independently to drive individual initiatives and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a significant advantage.
