Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in stock broking and financial markets.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of trading and investment products, ensuring they meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for stock broking platforms, trading
tools, and investment solutions.

- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to identify
opportunities for new features or products.

- Collaborate closely with technology, compliance, operations, and marketing teams to design
and launch products.

- Gather and prioritize requirements from traders, investors, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure products comply with regulatory and financial industry standards (SEBI, exchange, etc.)

- Track product performance metrics and iterate for enhanced usability, reliability, and
profitability.

- Communicate product vision, updates, and impact to leadership and internal teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

- 3-7 years of product management experience in stock broking, trading platforms, or fintech.

- Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading operations, and investment products.

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEBI, exchange, etc.) is highly desirable.

- Experience with digital trading platforms, order management systems, or portfolio management tools.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred:

- Hands-on experience with algorithmic trading, market data analytics, or financial APIs.

- Exposure to agile development and product lifecycle management in fintech environments.
