About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead and expand our corporate sales efforts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across corporate accounts.
This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients while maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with corporate clients to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management to track progress and inform decision-making.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during sales processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors /master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
