Job Summary:


- The Branch Manager will oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficient and profitable functioning.


- This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales growth, manage staff, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


- The Branch Manager is responsible for achieving business targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.


- Sales & Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and business growth objectives.


- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage branch staff, promoting teamwork and high performance.


- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.


- Financial Management: Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and profitability; ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation.


- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal controls; manage risk and maintain audit readiness.


- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, and operational issues to senior management.


- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, operational issues, and staff concerns promptly and effectively.


- Market Analysis: Analyze local market conditions and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats for the branch.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).


- Proven experience 3+ in branch management or similar leadership roles.


- Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and customer service in the relevant industry.


- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
