Argenbright Group - Head - IT Shared Services IT Shared Services Head: - The Head of IT and IT Shared services Operations will be responsible for overall performance and direction of the IT function within AMH services India and working very closely with AMH stakeholders as well as IT stakeholders for AMH operating entities. - The IT Head needs to ensure that the overall delivery of services meets agreed KPIs and SLAs defined and is within a strong internal control framework on IT. - He/she will work closely with Operating entities IT function to build IT teams to support them internally within AMHS as well as through select partners, wherever needed. - As a member of the Leadership Team, the IT Head plays a critical role in building the capability and standards of AMHS and will support the development and sustainability of AMHS by ensuring service delivery excellence. This position reports to AMH BSC India CEO Technology Function Leadership: - Set up and manage the IT shared services team, while ensuring smooth delivery of day-to-day IT operations for AMH operating entities - Finalize and Implement Operating Model for IT operations - IT Operations areas may include but not limited to - Azure infrastructure, security - Network - Testing - IT Help Desk - Database management - Application development and maintenance - BI report development - Devices management - IT Policies, Data Protection - Lead the team of IT professionals to ensure that overall delivery of services is within agreed KPIs and SLAs - Work closely with AMH Op-cos for all IT related specific requirements for AMHS - Ensures timely communication to employees related to IT - Drive IT specific PMO requirements with support from central PMO team and other stakeholders, as appropriate People Management : - Continuously strive to build a culture of high-performance. - Facilitate effective teamwork and builds collaborative relationships internally and externally - Manage the performance of the IT team. - Constant feedback, train and coach the team members for high performance. - Service Excellence and Stakeholder management - Ensuring that overall delivery of services to Op-cos meets or exceeds agreed KPIs and SLAs defined between Operating Companies and AMHS and is within a strong internal control framework on IT. - Partner with the onshore stakeholders and Service Management team to: - Develop and track Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure service delivery excellence. - Provide input to service reporting. - Facilitate service transition when required. - Ensure that Internal Customer and Supplier issues are dealt with in accordance with the escalation process and push back where this is not the case; - Work closely on IT DR plan along with operating entities Innovation & Continuous Improvement : - Create a mindset of innovation aimed at constantly challenging the norm to drive business value - Responsible for ensuring a disciplined approach to operational excellence/performance management is in place and evolves over time - Driving ongoing continuous improvement within IT boundaries to improve profitability
