Role Overview:
Areness is looking for a proactive, dynamic, and results-driven Assistant Manager HR to support and strengthen the organizations people strategy in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR leadership to manage end-to-end HR operations, talent initiatives, employee relations, and compliance, while ensuring a high-performance and people-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, performance management, and exit formalities.
- Ensure seamless execution of HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee databases, and MIS reports.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Support
- Support hiring managers in manpower planning and recruitment execution for corporate and operational roles.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely closures.
- Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for employees for HR-related queries and concerns.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in line with company policies.
- Drive employee engagement programs, surveys, and retention initiatives.
Performance Management & Learning
- Support implementation of performance management systems and appraisal cycles.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
- Track training effectiveness and support leadership development initiatives.
Compliance & Statutory Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal audits.
- Coordinate with payroll and external consultants for statutory filings and adherence.
- Support policy reviews and updates in line with legal and business requirements.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics related to attrition, hiring, performance, and engagement.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making by HR leadership and business heads.

Qualifications:
- MBA / Masters degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-growing or dynamic organization
