Area Manager Operations (Modern Trade)-FMCG/Personal Care - 4 Years - HQ(Mumbai / Bangalore/Kolkata)

Location - (South & West) - Mumbai /Bangalore/kolkata

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Area Manager Operations (Modern Trade) to take charge of sales, team management, and modern trade execution in your zone.

Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales targets for your zone by growing business with key modern trade chains and regional retailers.

2. Plan and build distribution networks to reach more stores and improve product availability.

3. Execute promotions and visibility activities new product launches, in-store branding, and offers to boost sales.

4. Lead and guide your team ensure right manpower, plan their market visits (PJP), and help them perform better every day.

5. Work with data track sales, pricing, promotions, and competitor performance to make better business decisions.

6. Maintain strong relations with local retailers, distributors, and store managers for smooth operations.

Requirements

1. MBA in Marketing (Full-time) from a reputed institute.

2. Minimum 4 years of FMCG sales experience preferably in Modern Trade operations.

3. Strong in team handling, distributor management, and retail execution.

4. Good at data analysis, planning, and presentation.

5. Hands-on with MS Office and comfortable managing reports and numbers.

6. Someone with a positive attitude, energy, and strong people skills.
