Tech (Textile)   Experience : 8+ Years   Must to have Textile (Spinning) Machinery Knowledge   Job Description :   1) Responsible for Spare Parts Business of Textile Machines, Sales office administration in central India and maintaining customer relationship. Work together with overseas team for Execution of orders & Shipping of Goods.   2) Achieve Sales Target through Sales & Conversions and regular customer visits   3) Support Marketing department with competition information and providing inputs for improving Local sales strategy.   4) Prepare Product forecast of Ring Spinning Parts and Conversion and Upgradation.   5) Finding innovative ways for customers to make him understand our value is more for relationship than business   6) Regular visit to Central India customers for promotion of parts   7) Promote company Brand as System supplier & Help Machine sales with Market info   8) Promotion of company Service and Electronic services during customer visit   9) Sales Office administration and monitoring parts sales functions in central India.   10) Training of subordinates in the field and back office functions & monitoring their performance.   Specification   1) Planning & Organizing, Negotiation, Relationship Building,   2) Very Good Communication & Presentation Skill, Sales promotion Skill,   3) Team Building, Subordinate development   4) Knowledge of Spinning process and exposure in Spinning Machines   5) Knowledge of sales process administration and Commercial Knowledge   - Exposure to communication tools  Baleet Singh Account Manager New Way Staffing
