Job Purpose Statement: - To develop MSM/SME/Corp. sales business by acquiring new clients. - To develop and tie-up with Associations at the state or national level for SME/MSME-related business. - To generate revenue for the Emerging Market vertical. Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide the required support (Product Structure, Underwriting, Placement, Servicing, Claim Management) to locations/regions/states to develop Corporate/SME business. - Provide support and guidance to scale the SME/OTC line of Business in locations/regions/states. - Identify clients and generate business from them. - Structure products and implement processes to scale up the business for all lines of products. - Identify various Associations (Small Enterprises) at the state or national level to have a strategic tie-up for scaling up the business from the members. - Responsible for implementing business processes and controls as laid down by the company. - Adhere to business processes and controls as laid down by the Head Office (HO) and ensure strict compliance with regulations as laid down by IRDA. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. - Proven experience in SME/Corporate sales and business development. - Knowledge of insurance products and services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of local markets and associations is a plus.
