Designation: Area Sales Manager - SME
Experience: 8-12 years
Location: Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and inspiring a group of acquisition or portfolio managers to achieve growth and sales goals.
- Finding new to bank (NTB) SME customers by learning about their financial requirements and business models.
- Expanding and overseeing a current clientele of SMEs by strengthening bonds and boosting income.
- Keeping an eye on and making sure that portfolio metrics like security creation, churn, and delinquency are fulfilled
- To accomplish commercial goals, market networking, evaluating client financials, cross-selling more goods, engaging with internal departments like credit and risk, keeping an eye on portfolio hygiene, and enhancing operational procedures are all important.
- Establishing a robust network inside the SME sector through financial consultants, associations, and other means in order to expand market reach.
- Cross-selling liabilities and third-party products, as well as banking products such working capital, term loans, trade finance, and FX.
