
Role Overview:
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market presence, and managing channel partners for Shower Enclosure products in the assigned territory. The role involves business development, dealer management, project sales, and strong coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for shower enclosures.
- Develop and manage a strong network of dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and builders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration in the assigned geography.
- Conduct product demos, technical presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Ensure proper display, branding, and product availability at dealer outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, new launches, and market trends.
- Handle project enquiries, prepare quotations, and assist in technical selections.
- Coordinate with logistics, installation, and service teams for smooth execution.
- Train channel partner staff and ensure product knowledge dissemination.
- Maintain regular MIS, sales reports, forecasting, and market feedback.
