Job Title : Area Manager - Prime Home Loans (Non-DSA Channel)

Channel : Non-DSA (Direct, Builder, Connector, Branch Sourcing, etc.)

Location : Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Reports To : Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing Area Manager to lead the Prime Home Loans vertical through non-DSA channels. The role involves managing a team of Relationship Managers/Sales Managers, driving business from direct sourcing, builder relationships, connectors, and internal branch referrals. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, team handling experience, and a proven track record in retail home loan sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Drive Home Loan business from non-DSA channels: Direct sourcing, Builders, Connectors, Branch leads.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key builders and real estate channel partners.

- Ensure consistent lead generation through multiple non-DSA sourcing avenues.

Team Management:

- Lead a team of on-roll Sales/Relationship Managers; monitor productivity and performance.

- Hire, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.

- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide coaching for underperforming team members.

Channel Management:

- Collaborate with internal branch banking teams for cross-sell opportunities.

- Identify and onboard new non-DSA sourcing channels.

Compliance & Process Adherence:

- Ensure adherence to internal policies, credit norms, and compliance guidelines.

- Work closely with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing of files.

Market Intelligence:

- Stay abreast of local market trends, competition, pricing, and regulatory updates.

- Provide feedback for product and process improvement.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 4-10 years in Home Loans with at least 2-3 years in a team handling role.

- Channel Experience: Strong background in non-DSA sourcing is mandatory.

- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring on-roll sales teams.

Location Familiarity: Strong understanding of the real estate and lending ecosystem in - Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad.

Education: Graduate/MBA preferred.
