Position: Area Sales Manager West & South

Reports to: National Sales Head

Overview:

- A leading Indian cosmetics and personal care company is seeking dynamic Area Sales Managers to lead business growth across West and South regions.

- The West region role is Mumbai-based, while the South region role is Bangalore/Hyderabad-based.

- The position involves driving sales across General Trade and Modern Trade channels, managing distributors, expanding retail coverage, leading teams, and achieving regional sales and market share targets.

- The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking with strong on-ground execution to deliver consistent results.

Requirements:

- 5 - 10 years of experience in FMCG/personal care sales and distribution.

- Proven expertise in GT and MT operations and team leadership.

- Graduate degree mandatory; MBA preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
