Role & Responsibilities:
-Achieve monthly and yearly disbursement goals for the LAP (Loan Against Property) company.
-Use direct sourcing channels, connectors, and DSAs to find and create new business prospects.
-Create plans to boost profitability and market share in the designated area.
-To improve business strategy, keep an eye on market trends and rival activity.
-Oversee, guide, and inspire the regional sales team to execute at a high level.
-Establish specific performance objectives and track output and accomplishment using KPIs.
-Hold frequent coaching and training sessions to improve team performance.
-Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure high-quality portfolio origination.
-Monitor portfolio health and take proactive measures to minimize delinquencies.
