Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for IVD products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, diagnostic labs, and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and market penetration.
- Possess a strong understanding of IVD products and technologies, and provide technical support to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data and forecasts, and participate in sales planning and forecasting activities.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and support to achieve sales goals.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines, including those related to IVD products and sales practices.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively, while building strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple accounts and territories, and knowledge of the IVD market and competitive landscape.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, and a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of sales experience in the IVD, Medical Devices, or Diagnostics industry.
