Responsibilities:
- Planning periodic sales targets and driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals
- Execute growth targets with each customer account, plan sku wise growth, close and execute promotional/sales activities with customer accounts
- New Customer acquisition: Responsible for business development and new customer closures and servicing the account
- Scheduling store visits and order management tracking/execution
- Maximize shelf space for the product as per their given objectives
- Regional customer accounts development by sub-channel: focus on corporate offices/HORECA/Schools/Hospitals
- Forecasting- Forecast sku wise sales within accuracy norms every week on a rolling basis to ensure optimum stocks
- Payment collection from customer accounts as per the agreed payment terms
Qualifications: Post Graduate MBA/Graduate
Must Haves:
- 3 to 4 years of B2B/Institutional sales within FMCG industry
- Experience of handling distributors for Institutional segment
- Experience of working in Bangalore territory
- Should have serviced sub channels for Institutional sales such as: Corporate offices, hospitals, schools, colleges, hospitals, Hotels & amusement parks
- Proficient in Microsoft excel & ppt
