Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive builder channel business for our Prime Home Loans (HL) vertical. The role involves managing builder relationships, driving home loan sales, achieving business targets, and leading a high-performing team in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with builders, developers, and channel partners in the region.
- Drive sourcing of Prime Home Loans through builder tie-ups and direct business.
- Deliver sales targets in line with business objectives and profitability.
- Monitor and guide sales officers to achieve productivity benchmarks.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and develop strategies to capture market share.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Enhance customer experience by ensuring seamless processing of home loan applications.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Home Loans / Mortgage / Housing Finance sales.
- Proven track record of handling builder accounts and driving business volumes.
- Strong network with developers, builders, and channel partners in Bangalore market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
