Role Overview
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, understand their operational needs, and offer customized solutions from the companys advanced product suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Generate and qualify leads from hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and product demos to hospital owners and senior management.
- Coordinate and negotiate contracts, integrating client requirements with internal operations.
- Engage prospects through structured follow-ups and effective negotiations to close deals.
- Represent the brand through local events, engagement activities, and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 45 years of experience in healthcare sales, IT SaaS startups, or similar domains.
- Prior experience in selling to hospitals, telemedicine companies, or healthcare institutions.
- Strong networking skills, preferably with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in the healthcare space.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in channel management and B2B sales.
- Willingness to travel within city limits.
- Strong business acumen and result-oriented mindset.
Preferred: Experience in capital sales or working in startups.
