We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Area Sales Manager to manage and grow sales across multiple locations. This is an individual contributor role that requires a mix of fieldwork and remote engagement to achieve assigned sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in medical devices or healthcare sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets within the designated area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ENT doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations, and meetings with healthcare professionals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and uphold the companys values and brand reputation.
- Support optimization of sales performance through effective territory planning and execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in sales strategy development, business development, and medical client relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for market analysis and sales forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the sales process and healthcare industry trends.
- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ludhiana/Delhi/Jodhpur/Mumbai/Noida and travel within the designated areas as required
