We are looking for a Sales Manager for different locations - Gujarat, Jharkhand, Vidarbha, Tamil Nadu, and Indore. The candidate should have prior experience working as an Area Sales Manager in these regions and must be from the personal care segment.

Responsibilities
1.Sales Growth: Lead and drive B2B and B2C sales operations across the Central UP region to meet and exceed sales targets.
2.Channel Partner Management: Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners to optimize business potential.
3.Market Analysis: Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
4.Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and monitor a team of sales representatives, ensuring sharp execution of sales strategies.
5.Reporting & Insights: Compile and analyze sales data to create action plans and boost performance in underpenetrated markets.
6.Promotional Strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan, implement, and evaluate promotional campaigns effectively.
Requirements
1.A Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
2.Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B and B2C Sales within the FMCG/Personal Care industry.
3.Strong understanding of the Central UP market landscape and consumer preferences.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4.Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
5.Analytical mind set to gauge sales data and implement data driven strategies.
