Job Description:
- We are seeking an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Central India in the FMCG industry, specifically within the personal care sector
Client Details
Our Client is a Tier 1 FMCG MNC
Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the Central India region.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
- Expand market presence by identifying and onboarding new distributors and retailers.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Cosmetics/Toiletries segment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
Profile:
A successful ASM - Central India should have:
- Education : MBA Mandatory (Tier 1 Institutes preferable)
- Experience : Min 2 years experience in channel sales and GT as ASM within from Tier 1 FMCG companies
Job Offer:
