Currently we are hiring as Area Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals within the general trade segment.
2. Enhance market penetration by setting up and managing the General trade distribution, Retailer expansions & rural market developements.
3. Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, channels, and potential partners within the general trade sector to increase brand presence and sales.
4. Distributor and Retailer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our brand values and objectives.
5. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
6. Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports and analyses to measure sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
1. Post Grad MBA in Marketing preferred
2. A minimum of 4-10 years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on the general trade segment.
3.Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
4. Strong knowledge of the general trade distribution channels, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
7. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for the Beverage industry.
